Warranty Information
All Solution Fires come with a standard 2 year warranty. Year 1 warranty cover includes parts and labour. Year 2 warranty cover includes parts only. Any fire purchased outside of our authorised dealer network will carry a 1 year non-extendable warranty.
To ensure your Solution Fire continues to operate at its optimum level you must follow the instructions within the Cleaning and Service and Maintenance sections in the user instructions.
